Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
This is a good question. Seems most customers would like to know the answer as the first step of new supplier investigation.
We are a company integrating manufacture and trade. Our factory has independent overseas sales division which is separate for financial accounting.
In 2010 Mr.Jack established the factory to start business in this industry, at first we only produce products for domestic market and trading company . As the business growth, we invested three factories respectively located in Hubei, Zhejiang and Shandong province. In 2019 we decided to establish a overseas sales division in order to sever our customers abroad better and more refined supply chain management.
Can I visit your factory?
Warmly Welcom! Visiting factory is a valuable opportunity for you to informally evaluate our factory for yourself. You can walk through the factory production line and see how the product finished. With the construction of China’s high-speed railway network, it is convenient to visit any of our factories.

Would you offer your catalogue for our reference firstly?
Certainly. We have a individual page to show our catalog on this site, or you can send us an inquiry, we will send you our catalog by email.
What’s the MOQ for each product?
There is no MOQ requirement for dispsoable PPE products such as face mask, isolation gown, shoe cover, underpad and etc.
MOQ is 1000kgs for raw materials such as PE film, spunbond,SMS and other non-woven fabrics, as well as laminated materials.
What's the lead time for mass production?
Generally, the lead time is 25-30 days. But it depends on the quantity and season you place order.
Can you offer OEM & customized service?
Yes. We can make customized product and private lable for packaging.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
Two years for disposable PPE products and one year for raw materials under the proper store condition.

Can you offer free samples ?
Free samples are available, but the courier charge should be on customer’s account.
I'm a designer, can you help me to produce the sample which we designed?
Our mission is to help customers to be successful. So it’s welcome if we can help you solve problem and make your design come true.
What is the usual shipping time?
The shipping time is usually 5 to 7 working days by express DHL,Fedex,UPS or TNT.

What's your payment terms?
1) T/T 30% advance payment, the balance paid against BL copy in 5 days.
2) L/C at sight
Can I pay via Paypal?
We only use paypal or western union to collect special sample and courier charge .
Service
When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after get your inquiry. If you need it urgently, please call us or tell us in your email, we will regard your inquiry as priority.
How do you solve quality issue if any?
Our factory has strict QC system and pay high attention to any quality issues during the production process. We will seriously investigate the reason of the problem and figure out the best solution to avoid same issue in future. Meanwhile we will make up corresponding compensation to our clients .
